How do I track my order?

How can I contact customer service?

As soon as your package is shipped you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. The estimate days to receive your order is 3-7 business days approximate after purchase date.

You can always contact us sending an email at infomardemoras@gmail.com or fill out the form above in contact us and we will do our best to respond within the next 24 hours.

Mar de Morâs offers standard and express delivery by USPS services. The cost will depend in your shipping selection. 

We deliver to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and residential addresses.

How do I return an item?

Remember to contact us first via email at infomardemoraspr@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you with your return. You can send it from your postal service of preference.

All purchases are valid for store credit  for 7 business days from the date you receive it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Remember you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Swimwear, Earrings and SALE items are final sales and will not be valid for changes or store credit.
